About Pastor Omholt
Pastor Thomas A. Omholt is the Senior Pastor of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church. He first came to St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in September 1984 from Brooklyn, New York. As New Yorker through and through, Pastor Omholt quickly embraced ministry in Washington, DC.
Pastor Omholt graduated from Newberry College with a B.A in History and the Lutheran Theological Seminary at Philadelphia with a Master in Divinity. He resides in Bethesda, Maryland with his wife, Barbara, and a new golden retriever. He is the father of an adult son, Tommy.
