Prime Time Senior Luncheon

Mark your calendars!! Prime Time will be gathering in the lower auditorium and dining area for a few hours of fellowship and entertainment. The group will begin with a seated exercise program conducted by Ms. Peggy Browser from H2o Fitness Center, followed by a delicious luncheon, and concluding with a presentation by the Russkie Musikanti – a Russian folk music group! This group has performed all around the DC, MD, and VA regions with their traditional folk instruments and authentic costumes of Russia. Come and join in the fellowship! Young Adults Thanksgiving Potluck Dinner

Help the Homeless Walkathon

It’s time for the annual walkathon to support St. Paul’s Shelter. You need to register in advance here. Be sure to chose St. Paul’s Shelter — St. Paul’s English Lutheran Church as your beneficiary organization. We’ll meet in the church parking lot PROMPTLY at 8:00am and then metro down to the Mall for the walk. After the walk, we will come back up to Tenleytown for our traditional post-walk brunch at Guappo’s. All members & friends of the St. Paul’s are encouraged to participate in this event sponsored by the Social Ministry Team.

Pet Blessing this Saturday

Animals of all sorts and their owners are invited to attend a Service of Pet Blessing and Commemoration of St. Francis of Assai. We will gather for a brief, animal and child friendly worship experience. Coffee and fellowship will follow.

Hayride and Bonfire

Hayride and Bonfire at Butler’s Orchard on Sat., Oct. 18 at 6:00pm
Join us for the second annual St. Paul’s Hayride and Bonfire at Butler’s Orchard. We will meet at Butler’s Orchard at 5:45pm and then caravan to our bonfire site. We will then take a 45 minute hayride around the farm and enjoy have a bonfire and cookout.

Hotdogs and condiments will be provided. Please bring your own non-alcoholic beverages and a side dish or dessert to share.

The cost is $12 per person and spaces are limited. Reserve your space by e-mailing office@stpaulslutherandc.com. This is a family friendly event.

All are welcome! Butler’s Orchard is located in Germantown, MD. This event is sponsored by St. Paul’s Evangelism Ministry Team.
