Summer Music Camp

Summer Music Camp will be held June 23-27 from 12:30-3:30pm
Children in the music camp will present the brief musical “Knights in Shining Armor” by Malcolm Williamson. Camp will include preparation for the musical as well as time with orff instruments, costume design and a snack. The musical will be performed on Friday afternoon, July 27. Children who have completed first grade through sixth grade are invited to attend. The cost is $15.00 for the week. Music Camp will be held in conjunction with Vacation Bible School at St. Paul’s. Those children participating in both Vacation Bible School and Music Camp will have a supervised time of lunch and recess from 12:00 noon – 12:30pm. Vacation Bible School

Monday – Friday, June 23-27, 2008 from 9:00am to 12:00 noon

It may only be Lent, but here at St. Paul’s we’re already gearing up for another fantastic week of Vacation Bible School this summer. Vacation Bible School will be held Monday – Friday, June 23-27, 2008 from 9:00am to 12:00 noon. All children ages 3 (and potty trained) through completed 4th grade are invited to participate. Youth completed 5th through 12th grade are encouraged to serve as helpers. This is a wonderful way for children to continue to learn about God and have lots of fun. Our theme this year is “Power Lab: Discovering Jesus’ Miraculous Power.” All children from the congregation and community are invited to attend this event!

Holy Communion Classes

Wed, Feb 13, 20, 27 & Mar 5 from 4:45-5:45pm in room 207

OR

Sat, Mar 1 & 8 from 10am – 12:00 noon in room 207

Holy Communion classes offer children the chance to gain an age appropriate understanding of the sacrament. These classes are open to children who are already receiving, who wish to begin receiving or will wait to receive it.

Children will receive their first Holy Communion on Sun, Mar 9.

Children’s Christmas Pageant

The Sunday School Christmas Pageant will take place on Sunday, December 23 in the Lower Auditorium following the 11:00 am Worship Service. There will shepherds, angels and wise (young) men.

All are invited to hear the Christmas story as told by the children of St. Paul’s. A reception will follow.
