Zambia Mission Team Arrives Safely

Filed Under News, Social Ministry by Pastor Meredith

After a 15-hour flight to Johannesburg, South Africa, the mission team from St. Paul’s Church e-mailed home that they were grateful for an overnight layover, hot showers and even an Italian dinner before the next day’s five-hour flight to Zambia. E-mail worked just fine from South Africa but appears to be not working from the Sons of Thunder orphanage in Senboko, about two hours’ drive outside Livingstone, the closest airport. A text message indicates that all have arrived safely in Senboko and are looking forward to spending time with the children, leading Bible school, and doing some much-needed painting. Please continue to pray for our mission team and all those with whom they’re sharing in ministry in Zambia…and check back here for updates.
