Vision

The vision of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church is to
REMEMBER, REACH OUT and REJOICE!

We REMEMBER that, as God’s beloved children,
the Good News of Jesus Christ is calling us to
REACH OUT courageously in Christ-like service
to all our brothers and sisters,
so that, embraced by the Holy Spirit,
our suffereing world will one day REJOICE
as it lives again in hope and peace.

We REMEMBER who and whose we are through:

  • Christian Education for Children and Adults
  • Sacrament of Holy Communion (celebrated at every worship service)
  • Preaching of the Word
  • Fellowship Activities for Children, Youth, Families, Young Adults and Seniors

We REACH OUT through:

  • St. Paul’s Men’s Homeless Shelter
  • Care Ministry
  • Weekly Game Night
  • Work Trips to Assist with Hurricane Rebuilding in Biloxi, Mississippi
  • St. Paul’s Nursery School
  • Offering Space to Community Groups such as Murch Extended Day Program, Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) and Clutters Anonymous
  • Partnership with Community Organizations such as the Community Council for the Homeless at Friendship Place and Iona Senior Services.

We REJOICE through:

  • Worship
  • Singing in the Choir
  • Playing in the Hand Bell Choir
